Champions Trophy 2017- Team Profiles and Overview

We are at that part of the year that will bring us the excitement of lot of Cricket… This year the 8 th edition of Champions trophy is being held in England between 1 st June and 18 th June, 2017. The top 8 teams qualify for the Champions trophy. The 8 teams are divided into 2 groups of 4 teams each. The top two teams from each group qualify for the semi finals. Group A consist of Australia, England, Bangladesh and New Zealand. Matches to look out for will be the ashes rivalry between England and Australia and the trans Tasmanian rivalry of Australia and New Zealand. Bangladesh would also give tough completion to the other teams and could create upsets in the group. Group B consist of defending Champions India, Pakistan, Srilanka and South Africa. Matches to watch out for will the infamous rivalry between India and Pakistan and the match between India and South Africa. Young Talents of Indian Premier League.

  Today we are pleased to showcase 4 youngsters who impressed in this Edition of Indian Premier League. Indian Premier League like always gave young players a platform to showcase their talents in front of the world. IPL has always given a headache to Indian selectors with youngsters giving tough competition to our international players. The top 4 emerging players of this years ipl were- Basil Thampi, Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, Rahul Tripathi Basil Thampi is a twenty three year old from Ernakulam, Kerela. He played his first class cricket for Kerela making debut in 2014-15 Ranji Trophy. He was picked up by Gujrat Lions for 85 lakhs.Thampi bowls at a speed in excess of 140 kmph and is known for bowling   yorkers   consistently. IPL Final 2017- Clash of the Titans

Two-time winners MI will lock horns with Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) in the title clash in Hyderabad on Sunday. The match will even more spiced up as Steve Smith's Pune has beaten Rohit Sharma's side on all three occasions this term. However, Rohit is locked in another intriguing battle with former India and Pune captain  MS Dhoni . Having played all ten editions of the tournament, the duo has set and broken several records. Rising Pune Supergiants- Revival of the Underdogs

Rising Pune Supergiants(RPS) started their IPL weakly by winning just 1 of their first 4 matches but they picked up the pace and won 8 of their next 10 matches to finish second on the table.  After a disastrous first campaign and a bad start no one thought they would even make it to the playoffs. They made the most out their 14 crore man Ben Stokes who had a very big hand in their revival. Rahul Tripathi also was very handy in the group stages scoring 388 in the group stages. With the ball Jaydev Unadkat has been brilliant taking 22 wickets, second only to Bhuvneswar Kumar in the race for the purple cap and also claiming a hat trick. Pune also made a solid start in the playoffs by winning the first qualifier against Mumbai Indians, a team they have beaten 3 times this IPL.
